After seeing so many people filling out their application i finally decided to do the same.

I joined the server mid december 2015. Since then i participated in various jobs from digging rivers with finrod and eriol, building roads and walls in lamedon to ruining buildings in fornost.

To be honst i don't think i have a favorite style of building just yet... i didn't build a lot of stuff but that is an area where i can definitely improve.

I would love to be an artist on this amazing server for the simple fact that i love lord of the rings. And the possibility to explorer the world by myself is amazing. And i want to help to make that experience the best possible for the whole community. As i said before i think my building skills can and needed to improve a lot.
But looking at those great buildings around the server i think this is exactly the place where i can do that.
An other thing which makes me want to be a part of the server is the community. everybody is always friendly and wants to help. I would love to help keeping that great community alive.

Thank you for your application! I would like to give you some tips on what you can do to increase your chances to get accepted.

Your Umbar build is very well organised and the buildings are nice. Only one thing to improve: details. The build is looking very empty, stuff like crates, market stands, small carts.... are missing. Also the buildings could be improved with som smaller details (use stairs for arches above windows or window benches for example).
Your Carn Dûm is not finished but already looks very promising. Your wool plan and the first towers are looking very nice. When the structures are done mix in some other materials especially at the floors which look quite monotonous so far. And don't forget about the details this time ;)

Aside from themed builds you can improve your chances to get Artist by helping with >>jobs and plotbuilds<<. You were very active with jobs for some time already, so just keep this level of activity ;). When you finished a task for a Designer, remember to ask the Designer to give points to your application as described >>here<<.

I think your main "problem" with the Umbar build was that everything turned out so tiny (I guess the size of the TB plot may induce that). Check out the houses e.g. in Dol Amroth and how big these are, then it's also easier, resp. the need for detailing gets more obvious when the structures are bigger.
The size and style of your Carn Dûm are tending towards a fantastic build though!

You just need to post a reply (that is, a reply to your tb thread, like what you did just now above asking us what you need to do) with new pics of new tb's, with whatever notes you want to add. Good luck,

Cheers.
