Would love some feedback on the texture so far, I plan on making the remaining 3 stages soon..

Awesome :)

Looks very much like real beets. But there will probably some irritations. I know the stems of beets are red and they look great. But I think a lot of players will be irritated as ingame it is hard to differ between the beetroot and the stems. You could try to make the beetroots darker (more purple), the beetroots in my garden are much darker usually.

In abundance it may look better though if we mix growth states as we do with other crops
Yeah, this is just the first beet crop that I thought of. I checked the mixed crop stages and it looks aaaawwwwweeessommmeeee.

Already submitted a pull request on Github to add them all you gotta do is accept ;)
