STEP 2

Second thing to consider is what type of Project it is:

MAJOR:
This project type means it is one of the primary focuses on the server. These projects will get the most attention and percentage of workforce from the community.
MINOR:
This project type means it is one of the secondary focuses on the server. These projects be background projects and usually have a closed workforce of a set number of approved individuals.
JOB:
This project type means the project was made job orientated. These projects will be primarily just for jobs and should be easy but not boring group of tasks on the server.

STEP 3
Have a meeting with the Head Builder and the corresponding Assistant to go through the project. This meeting will determine if the project is ready to be passed, starting date and other very important details.
