    Um yeah. They have been known to have a license for making a GoT game for quite a while now. Would have been surprised if they didn't do it.

    I'm more interested in whether it is Bethesda Game Studios or Zenimax Media (or any of their sub developers) who is making it.

    This was already proven to be false, I saw from the reddit thread that some of them were stolen artwork with a Bethesda logo photoshopped on top.

    They are still confirmed to have a GoT license (as far as I know) and it might be like with when news of Nuka World leaked, no-one wanted to believe it because it seemed unreal and there were bits which seemed inauthentic. But I don't know. When it comes to stuff like this Bethesda is tighter than a clam.
