    • Falls of Rauros
    "
As they went south the fume of Rauros rose and shimmered before them, a haze of gold. The rush and thunder of the falls shook the windless air." a quote from the Two Towers. The Rauros-falls were the great falls of the Anduin beneath Hen Hithoel where the river fell from Emyn Muil to the wetland of Nindalf. A portage-way that bapassed the falls were made by the Kings of Gondor. Amon Hen stood to the west, and Amon Lhaw to the east. It was fed by waters out of the great lake of Nen Hithoel. Rauros is said to have the meaning ¨roaring rain¨.

    • Fangorn

Fangorn or Fangorn Forest is a deep, dark woodland that grows benath the southern Misty Mountains. Home of the Ents and Huorns, remote from the world outside, the remnant of a larger more ancient forest. Its the survivor of the immense forest that spanned all of Eriador and Calenardhon in the First age and early Second Age. The original forest was destroyed by the Numenoreans and Sauron. The rivers Limlaith and Onodló both flowed out of this forest. Fangorn is a Sindarin word that translates as ¨Treebeard¨. Named after the old Ent who dwelt in the forest.

Fangorn forest was generated through WorldPainter using the trees built and saved as schematics under the leadership of @Credoo . However, the project itself was run by @Fireinferno13 and @Glov who constructed many of the landmark locations such as Treebeard’s Hill, Wellinghall, and the Entmoot. Wellinghall was designed by @Glov , and the Entmoot was designed by @Wheelee. Treebeard was partially designed by @Euanbarron, but finalized by @Fireinferno13. The Ents of fangorn, which are far more numerous and hidden then you may think, were constructed through a Freebuild for all members of the community and saved as schematics. Only @Fireinferno13, who copied them into the map, knows their locations though at this point he has completely forgotten all but a handful.

    • Fennas Drunin

The chief town of the Angle sits on the point where the Bruinen flows into the Mitheithel. In the Second Age, the location was contested by Eriadoran lords and Hillmen until a wall and stone keep were finally built by Númenórean adventurers in S.A. 2910. Fennas Drúnin was the most prosperous town in Rhudaur until the wars of the Sister Kingdoms began. The great wooden bridge the Arnorian engineers built over the Mitheithel is long since burned down. The town has changed hands repeatedly over the years, being ruled in turn by Rhudaur, Cardolan, Fëotar, and by independent lords and renegade mercenaries.
It now sits high above the rivers' normal flood stages on a mound built of the rubble from the many times it has been sacked and sieged. The most recent siege, that by King Ermegil Stonearm of Rhudaur in T. A. 1635, did the town less harm then many, and it is now run by a local Council and a Mercenary Guild financed partially by Fëotar and the Canotar of Tharbad and partially by the rather high tolls on the ferries crossing the rivers. Fennas Drunin is a public project led by @thomasd_17.

    • Fornost
At the time of the events of bilbo 111th Birthday, Fornost had been abandoned for about a thousand years, and "even the ruins of Kings' Norbury were covered with grass." At the end of the war, the northern Dúnedain, now led by Arvedui's son Aranath, were too few in number to rebuild their nation or maintain cities. Fornost was not resettled, and gradually fell into ruin. The Dúnedain, who became a secretive and wandering people known in Eriador as Rangers, visited Fornost, but most other folk avoided the ruined city; the Men of Eriador called it "Deadmen's Dike" and many believed it to be haunted.

Although started by @Irufush1, @Brotheralex was assigned shorty after. Along with Bree, Fornost was one of the two places members could build personal housing. @Blueharvest was assigned to revamp Fornost following the Shire Revamps, was given to @Credoo who enlisted the help of @Marozzo and @CaptainDagless in designing a brand new concept. Fornost got reruined by @Fireinferno13 and @Demonataz in the end of 2015 and start of 2016.

Freca's Fortress is a fortress in Rohan. As the name says, it was the fortress of a certain Freca. He was a Rohirric lord, but it was said he had much Dunlendish blood in his veins. He was lord in the time of king Helm Hammerhand (after him Helm's Deep was called). One day he requested king Helm to wed Helm's daughter to his son Wulf.
