How to connect

  • Connecting to Minecraft Middle Earth requires a stable, active internet connection.

    You can join the server by launching Minecraft, and going to the Multiplayer section in the menu.

    Once there you will see, if it is your first time you are using the multiplayer function, a blank list. You can join the server directly by clicking on the Direct Connect option.

    In the new window, you can type the ip adress that can be used to join a server. For Minecraft Middle Earth you can use build.mcmiddleearth.com as ip adress.

    By clicking on the Join server button you are ready to join the server! As a new player you will be put in the New player world, which is our way of testing that you are aware of the rules and our methods.

    Once you have successfully finished the new player introduction challenge, you are free to explore the world!
