1. No there's no such thing. What occasionally (every couple months) may happen is a survival server with the Middle-Earth map. But thats no RPG either. However you may gather a few other people on the server and walk together the route of the fellowship (which is marked with footprints on the floor from Bagend to Rivendell), and do some RPG via Teamspeak (check FAQ on that topic).

2. Yes there is. On the freebuild server (freebuild.mcme.com) every week on Saturday or Sunday starts a build with given plots and topic. Check the Themed Builds Forum on here for more information.

3. The map is not downloadable because of the immense work that has been put into it. We don't want other people to share or publicly reuse the map or its builds without saying who's work it is or even claiming it as their own's

Wow, that was fast, i didn't expect an answer until at least tomorrow. for the second question, I looked on the forum but I still don't understand the "Theme" part of it. could you please explain. The two things that i am actually good at and actually know are minecraft and lotr so this is perfect. i also heard people can speak elvish and black speech. pphheeww, i thought i was the only one crazy enough

Themed Builds have the "themed" in it because in each of them everyone builds the same thing, for example this week’s Themed Build is Iant Iaur so people that are participating are all building Iant Iaur in their plots.

Theme builds are specific topics that are set by Finrod (this week the topic is Iant Iaur Old Bridge) using this topic u build the structure that related to that "Theme" then u can use for an artist application which allows you to build on the main server.
