Lol, I can translate it for you:
Tirith Aear (which translates to something like Vigilance at Sea) was a watchtower in the north of Dol Amroth. From the Tower, the Princes of Dol Amroth could look out over the Sea. The Tower was likely built by the Elves and Galadriel and Celeborn likely stayed here during their journeys through Middle Earth.
I myself don't like LOTR Fandom, not very complete and they don't list their sources. They are also known to have inaccuracies with their lore. Probably better of using Henneth Annun and Tolkien Gateway. Not a lot is known about the tower, pretty much everything that is known was listed by Eriol in the #lore-discussion channel on Discord. All we pretty much know is that it had bells inside of it, and that it's other name was the Seaward Tower: you are pretty free in what you can do with this theme.
