I was just wondering if anyone knows the lore behind the fishing village located at X: 4000 Z: 7678 on Tolfalas. Is there any story behind it, or was it just a test build or something like that?

Where is it exactly. Like what region, near the ocean, In between some mountains.

i concur. he intended it as a pirate base thing (hence the skull) and if you notice theres a partially completed fortress and dock at the SW corner of the island. i guess he just forgot about it?…ryan kind of does what he wants.
PS this is tolfalas we're talking about
