Can't connect!?!?!

Hi people.
I'm spanish so my english is not excellent, but i'm gonna try to explain the problem. I put the adress and the server name correctly, but when i want to join the server, it says "Failed to connect to the server, not authenticated with minecraft.net" (I'm playing with TLauncher)

To join the server you need to have a paid Minecraft account registered with Mojang. For security reasons cracked accounts can't join.
