We don't have such a thing as a helper badge. You can always help people in chat or in Discord: there are enough people with questions. Maybe that will get you commoner one day.

You don't apply for Commoner, you get Commoner from playing mcme, being friendly, joining jobs, mini games, tours, and doing theme builds.
