I'm trying to connect for the first time and can't seem to get it to work. My connection gets refused but it works fine on other servers. I've tried restarting my game and computer and such but it isn't working so I'm wondering if the server is down and that's why
 
Yes, the server was down for a while, but it should be fixed now so you can try again.

the time you tried to log in to was during our daily server reset; it was unfortunate timing
