Resolved Massive text/chat lag on Build Server

No idea. For some reason I get absurd amounts of chat lag on the build server, but no such issue on the freebuild server. Chunks loading fine, internet's good, no problems there. Any ideas?

EDIT: This seems to fluctuate, sometimes it's fine and others not. Never mind.
