what about to have a campion day whit som minigames, pvp, quiz and more.
10 games get playde from 10am to 9:30pm (server time) and you as a player are gonna get points and that player whit moste points wins.

I think if you want to call it a championship it should be more focused towards multiple stages throughout the year, else as Maski98 said above we have several days (think more then 2 tbh) throughout the year that cover these fun events.
