I still have my building skills which can be seen in my artist apply, and in the new screenshots linked below. Furthermore I think I do have the ability to lead a group of people and make them listen to me, due to in real life experience as a referee, and giving constructive criticism whilst staying calm.
I also have some good terrain editing/shaping/making skills which aren't needed for this apply specifically.
I also allready had some experience as a foreman.
Why are you applying for this rank?
I want to help out the server by providing jobs and helping new players to improve and develop their build skills. I have been artist for about 3,5 months now, and I feel like I'm ready for this next step. I already helped Eriol managing some plot builds (Riverbeds and terrain smoothing), where I already tried to help people improve their work on those things. I must say that I really enjoyed this and I wish to do this more often in the future.

This is a project I'm currently working on where me and a couple of friends are trying to recreate the city of Rome. We use the DA-pack and are building in current DA-style. (I can give u a map download eventually)
