Are you regularly logged onto Teamspeak? Yes, whenever i'm on the server i'm also on TeamSpeak. Some people say they are beyond irritated with me (way understatement, i'll admit) , but i've taken a vow to stop that, just ask Lizzy how I bahaved on the Ithilien Blue Team job.

What is a great Ranger according to you? First let me preface this with the fact that there are many aspects to Ranger. First off, I hear that a Ranger application is not accepted until a Ranger is needed. But I think that the server needs more Rangers because whenever I'm on the server there is hardly ever a tour running. Next, a Ranger needs to be extraordinary in many different ways. So I'm going to do the best I can to list them:

What is a great Ranger according to you? First let me preface this with the fact that there are many aspects to Ranger. Knowledge of the Lore
A Ranger needs to be able to answer questions
as well as explain events and occurrences in the
particular place you are viewing (tour or other).
This requires at the very least mild knowledge of
the Lore and I know the lore the best that I can hope to know it.
Knowing your way around the Server
Obviously if you don't know your way around the server you
cannot do tours or answer questions about it. You also need to know
the history in order to tell the tour members about as you go along,
e.g: You: this is Frogmorton, the first place built on the server!
Clueless Thrall: Whoooaaaa!
The most important: Being sociable with other members of the community
This includes having extraordinary patience
(people can be SOOOOOO slow) as well as knowing
and getting along with other people on the server.
You also need to be able to express yourself simply
and understandably so that people can get what you're
saying as well as not being irritated.
Side note:
SugarKoala has expressed disinterest in people using the term he/she, therefore I have tried to write "You" instead.

These in my opinion are the important qualities in a Ranger
