Meh I always try to stay away from real-world architecture (not real-world buildings which weren't built by architects tho, those are great to decide what is realistic), I would rather try to make up our own, otherworldly fantasy style. For Dwarven architecture, that means try to keep away from rounded things and strive for straight lines and harsh angles. Also: octagons.
