As many of you know, I’ve decided it’s time for me to retire from my role as Vala. I was first promoted to Vala when I was made Head Moderator in October 2019, along with Raffyyy being promoted to Head Guide. Then, I additionally took on the role of Head Guide and became the Head of Player Experience and Events. In June 2025 I then announced my intention to step down from the role after 6 years in the position and 10 years on the server.
MCME has been a huge part of my life for over 10 years, and serving as a Vala has been one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had here. I have made countless memories whilst being Vala, had so many brilliant experiences, and made many friends. There are too many memories to list here, but I'm always happy to share - both good and bad! I would like to thank all the Guides, Moderators, Managers, Staff, Valar, and everyone else I have worked with as Vala - you have all been amazing and fantastic people!
I have recently taken a long break from MCME, but importantly I am not leaving MCME. I’ll still be around, still helping where I can, still supporting incredible work happening across the server. I can't wait for the future and what it brings to the server.
