Resource Pack Problems

because of this problem I have never even joined this server,
whenever I try to join on 1.19.4 it tries to load the resource pack but then after a while it says "Resource Reload Failed"
please help!

When you try to run Minecraft, can you send us a more extensive log? There should be more info in there that can point us in the right direction.

You can do this by enabling 'Open output log when Minecraft: Java edition starts' under the settings in the Minecraft launcher.

When you launch Minecraft you should have a second window that looks like this
