Staff using others' Private Warps

What I did:
tried to /warp to someone else's private warp

What I expected:
as I am a staff member, I expected the teleportation to work

What happened instead:
No warp found with name zzz-username-... even though the private warp was autocompleted with tab in chat

Where (world and coordinates):
world, plotworld, freebuild, rpserver and more

Does it happen every time?:
yes
