Stuck in quiz cave

Hi, I'm currently stuck in the beginning of the quiz cave, perhaps I started it a few months ago but didn't finish it (I probably left because of something...), what should I do ?

i found i'm stuck in the cave too. except when i press T it says chat settings blocked by my account and i cant change it believe me i have tried multiple times
