    Hey Fornad!
I came here from my post on the forums, worldpainter. I am simply amazed at the detail you and the crew added to the terrain/builds. I was wondering if I could get any usefull tips on using worldpainter... I am creating a 15k rpg map for my server, and thought I could get advise from the professionals.
    Thanks, Norwayman

Once you've understood the tools you have at your disposal, make some practice maps! Work on (relatively) small-scale maps before starting the RPG map. Go into Google Earth, and look at the way the natural world is actually shaped - mountains aren't just a bunch of individual peaks, for example. If you can mimic those landforms, you'll be well on your way to creating some great terrain.

Nothing beats a lot of practice and experience with the program, though I hope I've given you something to start from.

P.S. The degree tool is your best friend when it comes to snow and rock.
