I read The Hobbit as soon as I could read, and the Lord of the Rings and the Silmarillion shortly thereafter. I have read the latter two many times, but my favorite of Tolkien's works is the Lay of Leithian. I'm currently working through Unfinished Tales. I can write using modified forms of the Tengwar and the Cirth but I don't know how to articulate any of his constructed languages.
My other interests include other fantasy worlds, railfanning ("foaming"), and model railroading.
