Your media album does not count as evidence for having made it to Isengard. An enforcer needs to see you there ingame and restore your rank. As for being kicked for flying, are you using any mods? If you are, try joining with no mods enabled.

Any Enforcer can restore your rank but only if they are online and see you made it there. So until ones acknowledges you made it do not leave there.currently on top of Orthanc, waiting to get my rank back that was promised to me but never fulfilled... -
