    I found a fix, if I do a direct connection to 65.21.94.23 it connects. I'm not sure why, but that works for me! Also thanks for the prompt replies!

    Sorry about the late reply, I've been very busy with school lately. The ones that time out do not tell me a name or ip.

    I tried that multiple times, and every time the first three, the fifth, and the seventh timed out.

    I was using 1.17.1 before, but when it stopped working I started to test with 1.16.5.

    Yes, it still doesn't work. I tried it through the launcher, and the new Microsoft store launcher. 1.16.5 vanilla.

    I don't think it's that, I allowed minecraft through my firewalls. Other servers work, it's just MCME that I am having this problem with.

    I changed my minecraft username a few days ago, and I have not been able to join since. Minecraft says, What should I do?
