Moderator Manual 3

The Moderator Manual has been updated with a new look, and new commands have been added.

I have updated the Moderator Manual with a new useful section on 'How to become a Moderator' as well as some other small changes. Please see a summary of the additions and changes below:

• Added 'How to become a Moderator' (2)
• Changed 'all discord players' displaying In-game Name to 'regular discord users' (4.1.3)
• Added Watchlist commands (6.5)
• Updated evidence folder name to current format (4.2.2)
• Updated the available Discord permissions (5.2)
• Added putting oathbreakers on watchlist (5.1.1)
• Added about writing a summary for more complex matters (4.2.1)
• Changed some grammar and a few words
