What makes a great Guide according to you? Everyone on MCME starts off as a beginner. They start off not knowing what to do or how to play/integrate themselves into the server. While it is the job of every member of MCME to help players find their place and understand the server, it is the Guide's sole duty to be approachable, understanding, welcoming, patient, kind, and informative. A great guide is one who sees a situation, problem, misunderstanding, or mal-informed player and makes the proactive choice to help them. The Guides are responsible for doing what they can to maintain community among MCME and establish themselves as people new and old players can trust.
