Looks very much like real beets. But there will probably some irritations. I know the stems of beets are red and they look great. But I think a lot of players will be irritated as ingame it is hard to differ between the beetroot and the stems. You could try to make the beetroots darker (more purple), the beetroots in my garden are much darker usually.

Yeah, this is just the first beet crop that I thought of. I checked the mixed crop stages and it looks aaaawwwwweeessommmeeee.Looks fantastic
