@CrookedSushi I can't remember - Are Bush Biscuits a thing in Australia? When I lived in Papua New Guinea they were one of my favourite biscuits.

I remember having them on Australia Day to be specific. Where we lived was kinda a mix of American majority, with Australian, British, actual Papua New Guinean, and Korean minorities, and a few Japanese, Dutch, Finnish etc. people, so we got lots of celebrations that don't happen here in the UK. (For example my family still celebrates Thanksgiving with a british-american friend and his(british) family. Mainly because of the food.)
