Resolved cannot join server

I recently changed my Minecraft username, and I tried logging in and it said that it failed to confirm my username. I have created a new account on this site using my new Minecraft username, and the same problem has occurred.

I checked that username caeruleum13 exists at Mojang. Maybe it helps if you log out your minecraft launcher, then close the launcher, restart it and log in again.

When you log in to your minecraft account, instead of using your minecraft name you should use the email that you used to create the account.
