Cannot join the world

Hello I've got some issues when joining the mcme map I can join the server but when I'm in the starter region it tells me:
Could not connect to a default or fallback server. Incorrectly configured address/port/firewall?

No, the server is running fine. What version are you playing on? It works best on 1.18.2.

nvm. the server where new players join is down

so is this why i cant join just getting the same message everytime im on 1.18.2
