Cooking thread

For those of us who fancy ourselves chefs, this is the place to discuss all the tasty treats you have ever made for breakfast....or second breakfast, or perhaps elevensies, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, supper and all the rest!!!!!!

I made this a few hours ago at work!

It's a roasted pork loin that I stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, garlic and parmesan cheese. The outside is rubbed with a "secret" blend of spices.

This was all that was left before I could snap a photo, the guys were devouring it. But hey! Thats a compliment to the chef right.
