CPU high at all times

My CPU is always running high even when I have nothing running, or when my programs don't even equal to the percent it's running at. Y it do dis.

"Services and Controller app" is very high, it could be a virus. But I'm not sure.

for me it is 0% of CPU, and I have 3.4GHz

Search up malware finders. I had a great one on my pc that scanned and then deleted the shite it found. But I can't remember what it was called D:

I use Malwarebytes for my computer security. It's well respected and free.

I suggest you get SUPERAntiSpyware aslwell as Malwarebytes. SUPERAntiSpyware finds more viruses than Avast does on my pc.
