During my time building as both a Commoner and an Artist I have contributed to numerous build projects across a range of styles and have worked effectively in plots and jobs throughout the server. I feel that I communicate well with team members as well as new players in chat and vc. I have already given out several plots in the Mordor pits and ran my first public job for Wyatt in South Ithilien, which was well attended and ran smoothly for it being my first time. Additionally, my skills in communication, planning and coordination in my real-life work are vital to the success of the care of my patients. My work involves coordinating complex dental surgery cases where I create treatment plans, coordinate surgeries, and communicate the process and the expected results. I find these skills applicable to my role in our community as I am organized, proactive, and give clear indication of desired outcomes.
Why are you applying for this rank?
I have always been progress minded since I started building on MCME. Becoming Foreman feels like the natural next step in contributing meaningfully to the server’s development. While I have enjoyed my time as an Artist, I believe I can better support the projects I am invested in by stepping into the Foreman role. I hope to inspire even brand-new adventurers, like I once was, to try their hand at building on our server. I am inspired by the work of Larry, who was the first foreman I worked for and who’s leadership skills I hope to emulate as I follow in his footsteps. I have already worked with Wyatt to plan work in South Ithilien as well as provided constructive feedback to artist applicants Bluegle and TrekerWill (PapiSquilly) in Mordor tunnel plots I helped design. I believe becoming Foreman would allow me to take part in this progress in more formally as I continue to help push our projects further and further to the finish line.
