Hey y'all, so it came. My humble application for artist.
I've been here since, 19 july, 2018, which makes about 2 months. (Exactly 2 months by tomorrow in fact.) I'd consider myself quite active ever since then, but I've realized that Commoner just ain't enough for me. (In terms of feeling like a part of this community).
I've done a couple of jobs recently, 3 destroying interior in Dol Amroth and 3 (I think) doing vegetation at Osgiliath. I've done a plot-tunnel in the WaterWorks in Moria as well, but I can't find it, unfortunately.
But I must admit I've found the Themes somewhat boring. The only theme I'll confess I've made is the Watchouse* one from wayyy back in the day where I still was an adventurer - ever since has most been An Unexpected Journey.
(Almost all jobs has been with our lord an savior Barteldvn. - If you need further information/confirmation of my doings, ask him.)
Of additional build: Oh lord. Quite a few. They're attached below. (From Freebuild)
My interest revolves around medieval farmer-houses (gondorian), straight as well as diagonal. I like to experiment a lot, which has let me to what I call a "Tilted House". I don't think many have done this before, nor will do it again as it's completely unusable, but it was great fun. I've aswell some interests when it comes to terraforming, I'm still inexperienced though, so many attempts are followed by the fast-left-clicking-of-undoing skill.
I'm a quick learner and my building skills have improved a lot since I had a build-battle against BWOT the very first day I came here. This got me introduced to your style of building the best, though most stressful way ever, and I've tried to transform my previous very High-Fantasy style of building to something more usable in an MCME-sense.
My motivation, still not changed since the very first day, comes from the massive inspiration I get when I'm traveling around the map. As long as I'm inspired by it, it'll probably never fade.
*I'm currently unable to find my Watchhouse. It is ruined now btw because I build it in the old rp m, which isn't the same at all now. You can have a look if you can find it, but keep in mind that much has changed since I build it.
Farmer houses:
Straight:
Diagonal:
Terraforming - ish:
The Temple of Many faces (Random build I did in freebuild
The "Tilted House" I was talking about:
Other stuff:
My first edition tilted house (a terribly ugly build) eventually made it to the sky of Osgiliath.
PS: I'm sry for the FOV, can't find where to change it, but I hope the builds has satisfied you anyway.
