Well, in my opinion a great guide has a wide knowledge of 'lotr' lore and is able to explain it to others, it also helps if the guide is good at talking to people even if it is over the internet. A good vocabulary range also makes a great guide as explaining things without repeating yourself every second is nice to listen to, you also need to be friendly and welcoming, almost every new adventurer will want a tour and the guide represents the server as a first impression.
