How about some smaller birds as well, like maybe a bluejay?
Also, is it possible to give each color a different sound so they could have their proper cries?

Also, the red/blue one is called red and the yellow/blue one is called cyan.

I haven't checked but I am fairly sure the sound files are the same for all parrots. Cool idea tho!
