A Great Guide: I believe that a guide should have the motivation and capability to attend to the needs of any server-goer whenever said needs arise. I believe they should have a great understanding of social cues and server information. I feel that a guide should be in 'The Know' and be able to see problems arising before they come to fruition. They should work to build the community as a whole and be mature and responsible when handling situations.
