Bug | Issue Hovering and clicking text in chat does not work

What I did:
I clicked blockstate data in chat, which appeared after shift left clicking blocks and the sky.
I also hovered over my username in chat.

What I expected:
I expected the blockstate data to be copied to my clipboard.
I also expected my playtime and join date to appear when hovering over my name.

What happened instead:
nothing

Where (world and coordinates):
world, plotworld, freebuild, rpserver and more

Does it happen every time?:
yes

I came across this recently when using PluginUtils and its FancyMessage - so that may be the same cause here - or it could just be a standalone use of tellraw and the old hoverEvent

If this is about Architect that used to print text in chat after you used your flint : This is fixed and ready for the next update of Architect.

The playtime and join date have been removed as there was problems with the placeholder tags that fetch this data, so right now chat is set up without this previously known 'hover over me to know stats' functionality. I'll keep the thread open for this chat issue though.
