Hey!

Make sure you are using a premium Minecraft account, you may not use a cracked account on our server. You may not also use any hacked clients.

Secondly, make sure you're using Minecraft version 1.14.4 for the best results.

Finally, make sure you've got a stable internet connection.

Any more issues, let us know :)
 
Make sure it's Minecraft Java Edition you're playing as well as the Java version of the game is completely incompatible with other versions of the game such as Bedrock Edition.
