What country are from / What time do you usually play online: I live in the East Coast United States. I usually play between 1400 and 0000 for about 3 to 4 hours during quarantine and summer, during the school year it is more likely to be 2000 - 2300 due to commute and schoolwork.

What makes a great Guide according to you? A great guide has many factors, the most important being dedication. A guide could be lacking in many other factors, but if they are dedicated to the server, they will be willing to make sacrifices to improve themselves and the server community. Along with this, a great guide should enjoy the server community. The guide should be passionate about their job, and if they lack the sense of family that can be found in MCME, they could lose motivation and let themselves slip. Another important aspect of a guide is that they should be able to mingle with the community, through PVP, minigames, jobs, projects, etc. This can in a way humanize the guide rank to new server members, leading to a tighter knit community. Guides should also be eager to start or be a part of activities. if a guide is asked to start a minigame or pvp, and is reluctant and shows that they do not want to, that will soil the experience somewhat for newer players. The main area a guide works is with the server community. Running PVPs, minigames, and tours are great ways to get the community together, and a great guide understands this and takes initiative. The bottom line is, a guide is the backbone of the server, in a way similar to NCOs in the armed forces in terms of role to the organization as a whole. A guide is likely to be the voice that new players listen to and trust, and it is important for guides to enjoy the server as much, if not more than, everyone else.

Hey @JoeCraft54

Thank you for applying for the rank of Guide.

We are in the process of reviewing your application and discussing it. You may be asked to carry out a trial tour, of which is lead through discord.
We'll get back to you and if you have any other queries, please direct them towards myself, or any of the current guides.

Thank you for your patience, and good luck with the rest of your application.
