What country are from / What time do you usually play online: I'm from Greece. I'm usually online morning to afternoon server time and some times in the night as well if nothing comes up.

Are you regularly on our voice communication? Yes, i try to be on vc whenever i'm online.

Do you talk on our voice communication? Yes

What makes a great Guide according to you? I feel a good guide should be able to interact pleasantly with the community and assist, as well as encourage new players to join and participate in the various server activities and events. Aside from that, they also have to be helpful, assisting newer players with whatever they need, such as acquiring ranks and keeping them engaged in the MCME community. Lastly guides should have some lore knowledge and creativity to make interesting and exciting tours, as well as events in general to expand the community and ensure everyone has fun :D. So all in all a pleasant person, that players can look to for help as well as a fun time.

We are in the process of reviewing your application and discussing it. You may be asked to carry out a trial period. This includes running minigames, tours, it events, some of which will be expected to be ran through voice chat on discord. We also suggest looking through the Guide Manual and Guide Application helper to get an idea of what to do going forward.
We'll get back to you soon. For now, if you have any other queries, please direct them towards myself, or any of the current guides.

The guides have discussed your application, and we'd like to move onto the next stage with your application. Congratulations!

So, starting from tomorrow, the 21st of August 2020, you will have 1 month to demonstrate to us why you would be a good Guide. You have been given the tours badge and minigames badge if you don't have them already. I recommend looking through the minigames manual and the guide manual on how to do stuff.

As per the application guidelines, it's up to you to keep this post updated. Whenever you do a tour, minigame, event or so on, it's up to you to let us know in here and here only. This is the only place we will look at for progress on your application, we won't check anywhere else!

At some point during your period, you will be expected to complete a trial tour as well. Once again, it's up to you to let us know the details of that, specifically the date and time you'd like to do it and where you'd like it to take place. We won't prompt you to complete one, yet it's detrimental to the success of your application. It can be whenever you want, so long as you communicate your ideas over to us!

We'll support you through it. If there's anything you want announcing, in #alerts or #news, let us know in here. If there's anything you'd like the Guides explicitly to be at, then once again say it down below. We'll keep you updated from time to time, with feedback or updates regarding your application.

So over to you. You have until the 21st of September to show us what you'd be like as a Guide.

Ran a few rounds of Hide and Seek with these nice people today. Duke of wellington was there too, but not in the picture.

Another tour today!! This one we explored the whole of the Paths of the Dead, including the City of the Dead and some nice server secrets in the area ;), as well as paying homage to the stone of Erech. Thanks everyone for joining, this was great fun!

I ran a small tour this morning welcoming some new adventurers and explaining the server, also joined llama's moria tour, with mershy leading the way, and joined llama's pvp afterwards. (Idk if I should write about pvp, since i've been in quite a few games, so I'll stop mentioning it from now on if that's ok).

Today,I ran a chill tour from the Shire -> Weathertop (had to end it in Tom Bombadill's house because of a job starting). Main focus of this tour will be to welcome new players into the server, get them familiar with our plugins and way of building, as well as the commands and other useful things, in order to keep them interested and invested in the community. Thank you to everyone who joined :D .

I run an epic race today from Minas Tirith through all the beacons of Anorien. It turned into a fun adventure, thank you everyone who joined. Also thanks to Llama I joined some pvp he run after that.
-Edit I somehow forgot to mention Aro's lore hour, which was really good!

I ran a few races today, one from POTD to Pelargir(Made by Llama) and then a few on the rooftops of Methrast(Made by Raffyyy)! Thanks to all who joined!

Joined Stephen's epic elven themed tour, and Soarz's mazes tour afterwards as well. Very nice tours both of them :D. Also tried out the new Death Run gamemode in PVP and was not disappointed.

I joined Nelman's race today from The Shire to Weathertop and after that, i did a tour which started in Rivendell, but quickly turned into a Moria tour with the help of @Mershy_ showing us the way and some secrets. Thank you to all who joined, it was great fun!
