I am new to Minecraft Java, and when i click to join it says "Failed to connect to server. Outdated server! Im still on {0}" does anyone know how to fix this, or was i banned but unaware i was?

I believe you try to join with mc 1.15.
The server is running minecraft 1.14.4 and does not yet support later clients to connect.
You can change your game version in the minecraft launcher (installations -> new).
