What makes a great Guide according to you: First and foremost, a Guide must be three things; 1) A Guide is sensitive to the needs of others. 2) A Guide is well organized. 3) And a Guide has knowledge of the server and a fair grasp of the Tolkien lore. Additionally, a Guide must be friendly and give support to individuals in the community when they need it. A Guide must also be confident. If you cant be confident, then you won't be able to do your job properly. A Guide should also be able to know how to deal with disruptive people. If you find that a person in the tour is being rude and impolite, contact an Enforcer and they will deal with the issue as soon as possible. Lastly, if you find that you don't know and answer to a question, have a tab open to one of the lore websites or if depending on the time of day, ask one of the MCME lore buffs, they would be more than delighted to help.
