Resolved Licensing terms on texture packs?

I would like to make a texture pack based on the MCMiddleEarth packs. It would be distributed for free ( with no adfly , no donate heres, etc) I will provide full credit to McMiddleEarth including a link to the official website. It would use some of the textures off each pack and combine them with new ones.

Is this allowed? If so , what are the licensing terms for your texture packs.

The Texture and Resourcepacks and all of our content that we make available to the public fall under the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

Note one of the terms is 'ShareAlike' meaning that if you do base a new texturepack on one that is under this license it too should be under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
