MCME Resource Pack 1.7 Re-textures

Since this was lost in the forum wipe, I figured I'd put it back.

MCME Retextures for MC v 1.7 & 1.8

I'm not sure if it's up to date with the latest pulls from github and such (@Fireinferno13 you probably have a better grasp on this than I do atm) , but I still think it's a nice resource to have on hand.
