Moria Prison/Dungeon

Couldn't Moria use some Prisons? We seem to have none of any size, just a few cells here and there scattered throughout. Are there any that you guys can think of? We should probably have at least 1 large one at each end of the kingdom in my opinion.

We have a large prison in the Chamber of Light.
