I am currently artist, and have been since september/august

Sadly not at all, but have some talent with vanilla commands

  • Why do you need this badge?
To help speed up my building, and lessen the necessity of my calling on designers away from their projects to help me, an example is for large/symmetrical/repetitive halls/corridors. Example, my current corridor which is a receptive pattern of pillar, then wall. Or when one side of a hall is identical to the other half, which I already built. Getting this badge would help cut down on the amount of time I spend on repeating builds, thus speed up progress overall in Moria.
  • What to you is a responsible and mature player?
A responsible and mature player? Hm, I think a mature and responsible player must use their power wisely, must not do something large without permission, example: building a dwarven kingdom on the main world without telling anyone.
 
-As you have no experience in FAWE at all: as I said to Jonatanknalle: "I would like to see some work from you in FAWE, go to our partner Builder's Refuge as they have plots where you can try and build at will. Do that and put together a portfolio for me to see." Also work with designers that are free and can possibly give you some experience.

-As I said to bart as this applies to you: "Also, I see a lot of players put Moria as kind of a default justification for getting FAWE. I would like to see more specific goals and projects which you will be working on, possibly even taking a leading role as you are going to get this tool which will speed your building and progress tremendously." I know this is less of an issue with you than others but still please add to your application.

-I also see no need for unrestricted and since you have no experience in FAWE I would start with limited and then see where that goes.
 
I do not think you are ready for unrestricted and I think you will be able to cope for the moment just fine. So in that case you will receive the limited WE badge, you can apply for unrestricted later:

Accepted, you have shown you will be capable of using the badge effectively and responsibly. You will receive it once the badge is set-up and made in-game. Congratulations!
 
I changed this to your limited application, please make a new one with more updates for unrestricted.
