'Ranks and Duties' is a document that describes the rank system we have and the responsibility or tasks that come with it.
As we have ranks that are specialized in a main activity, such as the creative aspect, welcoming new players, giving out information and helping new people, moderation communication channels, ... It is a good document to get a general impression of who does what around MCME.
