The Imaginary Middle Earth Subreddit is a decent place to find LOTR-related art. It has a nice mix of both professional and casual art.
If you are interested in particular artist recommendations, I would say that Magali Villeneuve is by far my favorite. If anyone is interested I certainly can offer other artist suggestions as well.
